After he appointed Lee and then Megson, I stated on here that he shouldn't be trusted again with making the appointments. But he was, and we got Coyle. May 13, 201214 yr As a chairman he has always played safe in case the club goes bust which in business makes sense. However seeing as his "safe" managers and his "safe" transfer dealings have driven the debt up and the club down then maybe its time for us to appoint another safe chairman. Looking at the present board there is no-one on it that would be coming forward or who could do better. So safe it is, until the money and Mr Davies run out.
