It says a lot about a chairman and a manger if they are too proud to get the help of a coach proven at the top level.

But under the FAs New rules in order for a club to gain the top level academy accreditation in needs someone at the top with the right level of qualification and experience we brought in Sammy Lee.

 

Lee is Jiminho's boss i guess.

 

If we moved Lee onto the coaching staff for the 1st team we'd then have to find another highly qualified person to take Little Sam's current role.
