Bogdan - Time For A Change

At fault for the goal yesterday. Kicking was awful. Time to give Lonergan a chance?

  • What about the numerous good saves which kept the game scoreless in the first half?

*Obviously I meant cue

Bogdan did alreet on Saturday.

He's the least of our problems.

he is young goalkeeper with good potential but prone to the odd nightmare but there aint many around that dont have the odd nightmare game here and there.

great goalkeepers have great defenders in front of them!

So, we have a difference of opinion, the manager states goalkeeper has given the best performance he's ever seen at that level and generic mongalongadingdong boo-merchant thinks we should play some bloke they've seen twice in the cup. I think there's only one winner.

The real answer lies in the middle

Albeit towards DF's end

Bogdan didn't do alot wrong but there wasn't alot special he had to deal with; if any shots saved had gone in you'd blame he keeper

You'd be happy with that every week though

Should have done better with Forests goal. Will have to have another look before I give him more stick

I hope you've seen it again and revised your opnion. Blameless with the goal.

You've got people who think they should do better for ever single goal we concede!

I was surrounded by cunts on Saturday

Bet you were stood near me.

There's an obvious joke there, I know.

We were sat front row to the right; no nobheads near us

Apart from us obviously

You've got people who think they should do better for ever single goal we concede!

where as if we still had Al Habsi, we wouldn't be conceding any at all

Too obvious, even for me.

In 1st half Forest cleared a corner and Mears let it run out of play deep in the left back position. Bloke near me proceeded to call him every name under the sun because our right back, at 0-0 away from home whilst under the cosh, decided to wait for the left back to get back and take the throw rather than look for a quick one before our defence had got back into position.

Drove to the game and felt extremely sober by the end of it. Didn't help my mood much, lesson learnt

Same here

Felt oddly uncomfortable

That's probably part of my problem - watching the Wanderers while sober.

On the other hand, watching the Wanderers through an alcoholic haze could explain some of the match feedback on here.

That's right, because Wigan are doing so well.

That's probably part of my problem - watching the Wanderers while sober.

don't forget the #shitfans who listened to it on the radio, or went for a walk. Their opinion is just as valid.

In the last 10 minutes when we were hanging on with 10 men & trying to wind the clock down (AKA timewasting :) ) the whoppers behind me were squealing at Bogdan for not releasing the ball quicker & moaning about us not having a load of men attacking .

my frustration in the last 5, was we got the ball twice

2 free kicks in their half and both wasted cos we got caught offside

probably bogdans fault

Good point that

We were offside loads from dead balls

WTF is that all about?

Forest had a good offside trap?

Forest had a good offside trap?

Never an excuse to be offside from dead balls

That's lack of concentration

Iirc, Ngog was caught offside 2 yards inside their half. No excuse for that.
