Did read an article in the wake of the Jimmy Savile stuff which set out that the experts disagree. They can't even agree on how likely victims are to be damged long term, or whether desiring children is learned or innate. Only common trend is that abusers tend to have been abused themselves, might be a bit thick and may well be left handed. And there is MUCH less abuse than there used to be, media hysteria notwithstanding, which is always focused on the sole predator whereas abuse usually takes place in the family or family's immediate network.

How do we know who a sexbeast is any more than say a drink driver or thief?

 

If they have tendancies then they have tendncies. They know those tendancies are wrong. There's no compulsary national screening for it so if its going to happen its going to happen.
