I reckon the best ones are ones you've seen and felt in the flesh, ones you know for sure are cracking ones. Although of the photos above I reckon young Sam and Selma Hayek are in with a good shout - especially Selma, as I believe Sam Fox is about 17 in that picture - and if you've not got cracking boobs from 17-24 then you'll never have 'em.
