Winter/snow Watch 2013/14

Get your thermals on

Next month sees the start of severe weather hitting our glorious country and hopefully cutting Scotland adrift from us.

My mucker up there who works for the Met Office, says November will bring very bad snowfalls and possibly record low temperatures for that time of the year.

He was pretty accurate re the nce summer we had and is adamant this winter will be severe.

All goes back to the ''blockers'' he told me about early this year.

They say if you see smoke blowing out of a chimney and it rises in a ploom instead of sinking to the ground it's going to snow within 26 days.

And you cant get pregnant if the woman takes it up the arse

My Nan Once told me that it was her understanding that both the Man and the Woman had to climax at the same time in order to fall pregnant.

She only learned otherwise after baby number 5 ( she had 7 all together)

Magpies are alright as long as you salute the first magpie of the day and say out loud "Good morning Mister Magpie. How is Mrs Magpie?"

Everyone knows that.
