His shin splints may restrict how many games he plays for us

Come on NB!!! In a managerial role

Often see one or two Chorley fans on the way back from a game when I get on at Reebok, they always seem to have really enjoyed their day whatever the result

dunno if folk know the flitcroft family but apparently the youngest brother had a heart attack tother day

last i heard, it looked like he'd been lucky

Steven?? Used to play football with him in me yoof

Yeah he's 32. Good lad is Ste, we had him at Leigh when Garry was manager.

Absolute complete and utter gobshite. Could never come down from being a top player, anyone who treats his family with contempt doesn't deserve a position of responsibility. Before i say too much, their Dave has integrity and is twice the man.

Gary used to go to Atlantis, not in the VIP bit, I reckon hardly anyone recognised him. Didn't come across as Billy Bigbollocks.

He used to go in Ritzy before that of a week night after the pub. He's not Billy Bigbollocks

Oh, I saw him in Waitrose a couple of weeks ago, smiled and waved which was nice.

The only thing I know about him, football career aside, is that he used to be on the terraces watching us when he was playing for City.

That's all I need to know.

(...obviously not at the exact same time, that would be weird).

he did have his moment in the sun (day people)

which i assume is the cause of HRs beef

He was always a City fan first and foremost though....or he certainly was when I went to school with him. Kaydan who posts on here used to live across the road from the Flitcrofts, so I'm sure he'll be abloe to shed a bit more light on the matter, but I'm sure he was always a City fan.

Used to play footie with him on Eagley Juniors when I was about 12 or 13.  Even though he'd have been only 7 or 8.  He was already better than us and I seem to remember it was thought he'd go on to be better than both of his brothers.

I remember his dad used to send Garry and Dave out running round the fields, but Dave often sneaked onto the playground where we were playing headers and volleys to have a crafty smook, whilst Garry would stay out running.  It was never a surprise that Garry made it to the top but Dave didn't.

Remember seeing Garry once cruising in his yellow Calibra and thinking "Fucking hell, what a superstar".

Remember being next to him at a Wolves away cup match some years back - and tickets were like rocking horse shit for that.

Well apart from HR then he is in, where does he sign?

He should have been. Think United wanted to sign him as a youngster but he followed his brother to Blackburn; pretty sure he had as much application as Dave Flitcroft hence he never made it.

He's a prick

Not that i've ever met him but seeing as everyone else has an opinion on him I thought id even things up.

He has his cake and eats it so hes a very lucky boy.

I seem to remember him in the paper at the the burnden park beam-backs.

FYI. At the Leveson Inquiry into the British press Flitcroft claimed the reporting of his affairs was partly responsible for his father's suicide in a mental health facility.

Woah, I wasn't having a go at him mate.

I just googled him to see what HR was on about.

He's not the first bloke to have skeletons in his closet and definantly won't be the last.

Was just putting the info out there, not passing judgement on Flitcroft or having a dig at you.
