And kids starting school at 2/3 years old.

 

I know it's not as cut and dry as the bold statements published in the news above.

 

But why fuck about with the current regime?

 

I wouldn't want my kid,no later how old,returning home from school at 6pm at night,in any circumstance.

 

And I certainly wouldn't want my lad going to school now.

 

There's enough help out there for nursery fees.

I know. My first job was a global brand & we got 31 plus bank holidays.  26 at my previous job.

The legal entitlement is 5.6 weeks (28 days)but this can include bank holidays.

 

I rarely use all mine but can carry them over within reason

If my kids were in school till that time, I would have to cancel my sons 2 football nights and 1 swimming session., and my daughter would have to cancel her MMA and swimming.

 

Would save me some money, but the level of coaching and training they get would be of a lower standard.....then in turn as a nation, would produce even worse Athletes.

Must be an extremely high level of coaching your kids are getting!

School holiday extortionate prices being discussed in parliament.

Free market economy, they're maximising their profits, supply & demand etc, a thing that all tories should be in favour of. Levelling it out a bit so everyone pays roughly the same sounds a bit like a socialist policy to me.

The travel industry hike their prices, yet there's also a blatant lack of life sklls education such as ; inviegling girls to let you finger them [for lads their age!] crafting bongs, skinning up, thieving ale or cider and slicing a purple aum in two. The solution is Butlins style holiday camps, with disillusioned ex-teachers as commandants.

Yeah because you really know what you are talking about...... We teach plenty of kids way beyond the end of the school day. Current Year 11 leave school most nights at 5pm - this is a school in Bolton - due to revision classes and extra support.
