iam led to believe that its mopsy, he wanted to spend his last season at bradshaw were he spent alot of his career, but the players had a meeting and voted against him coming back, so hes retired.

Surely you need to look at yourself if that's happening to you?

Dont think it was quite as straight forward as that but basically yes. I have no doubt he will be playing somewhere next year.

wasn't far off bolton pro 15. derek kay bradshaws 1st team coach as also left over the matter. the negatives for having him at the shire far out way the positives, as somebody said yesterday they didnt realise how unpopular he is.

stu hornby seemed ok down bradshaw yesterday and there quite confident he'll be ok

stu hornby bowled the worst over of the season on kcc last season. somet like a 12 ball over resulting in around 25 runs.

Obviously I have my loyalties.

 

Stu is having an operation on his hip and Dr thinks it could be worse than 1st thought. I would not hold your breath on Stu playing at all, if he does play it could be his last season.

To be honest, there's not many folk I take an instant dislike to but David Morris is one such person. On the occasions he makes an appearance at the Rigbys he seems to strut around as if he owns the place. His dad's as bad. Treating folk who volunteer to do things for the club like shit.

They've all been at Bradshaw for enough years to have learned a bit of humility but never have done.

Bradshaw CC owes them nothing.

My mate pinned him up in the bogs in Leena Tandori years ago when acting billy big balls, he shat himself.

 

Anyhow back to cricket, Newbys signed for Westhoughton, just need another spinner and my jigsaw is complete.

I know Dave and he isn't that bad. He is a real competitor which rubs up folk the wrong way but that drive has given him a great career in the league.

 

That incident with your bowler and his kit last season was typical of Dave, anything to gain an edge, just like an Aussie.
