DazBob Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 I believe Daisy twos overcame a large total ???? And your firsts won Yes mate, we racked up 254 and still lost. The big Indian lad for Daisy was smashing everything that was slightly full. Think he ended up with 90ish. I got 1 for 57 off 10 and was still our second best bowler, says it all really. Good game though and played in good spirit. Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted April 25, 2015 Author Posted April 25, 2015 Sounds a belter, if it was Mayak he does like to hit it, he owns bargain booze in Howfen n daisy. Quote

Whites man Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 After 1 or 2 games? Yes, think he wants to play second XI will his lad. Quote
Whites man Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Talking to one of the Bradshaw players and the young Asian lad from Bolton School who is on Lancs books won the game on his own for Egerton on Sunday. A class act apparently. Quote
seasoned Traveller Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Haseeb Hameed, Class also plays for England U19's. Anyhow, Westhotdog won again Sunday, 4 out of 4, get money on us. Quote
Whizz Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Yes, think he wants to play second XI will his lad. Noticed his name wasn't on the first team scorecard Quote
Horwich Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Garner is town team u15 manager Picked a lad last week who opened the bowling. 7 overs for about 5 runs and got a wicket.... Dropped him for next game What a bell end he is Quote
MickyD Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Was one of his own players available for the second game that hadn't been for the first? Quote
Horwich Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 I think a few less players will be available soon Quote
MickyD Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 My daughter was invited to go train with Lancashire u13. We went down a few times and she bowled more accurately and faster than the existing bowlers and batted better than the existing batters. (This isn't just me as a dad, other parents were saying these things). The only kids who got into the team though we're the one who already played for the clubs where the coaches came from. Burnley had about 6 kids in the team, none of which were good players! One day we got a phone call from the team manager asking her to join the team the coming weekend. I asked where and was told it was at Edgbaston. Shed made the team because the Burnley girls had a match and didn't want to travel all that way. The whole Lancashire kids set up is more about who you know rather than how you play. Quote

scoobydoo Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 Gary Garner left Heaton & has gone back to Bradshaw. Never a dull moment with that guy. Top man is our Gary , great coach with the juniors and hopefully bring a few more through , Quote
MickyD Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 (edited) Bradshaw firsts played a 35 over game, batted first and got 98. Farnworth managed 97. One point though, and I'm no prude but to the Little Lever lads who came down to the Rigbys following your teams postponement, you need to learn how to behave in mixed company you foul mouthed racist cunts! Traf Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Raising the point doesn't male you a prude at all, Micky. Racism has no part to play in modern society and needs eradicating. Quote
