A week after Lostock’s best ever season (Due to us and Howfen leaving) and you don’t mention that.

I didn’t think we would go up, so more than happy with the season we had 👍

A relegation filled season for our 1’s and my 2’s. 
 

I’ve not been sacked as skipper yet, awaiting the summons to the committee. 
 

In brighter news our 3’s got promoted and I played in a game where we beat Daisy a couple of weeks ago. That was odd going in the away dressing room. 
 

 

Nice to see Bradshaw and Westhoughton joining us (Heaton) in the Prem.

With Egerton and Edgeworth already there, it’s going to be great with all the local games.

Happy with 3rd this season. Next year will be tougher now.

That premier league will be seriously competitive next year. It shows how competitive it already is, with the 2022 champions being relegated this year.

i got 39 Saturday and havnt been able to walk since, 

Darcy Lever on Saturday, last time I played there a lad had his car nicked while we were fielding.

Doubt it with the fixture congestion as it is, plus the FA Cup Final the week after, selection will be fun,

When GMCL are considering clubs’ requests to postpone games until Sunday in order to allow their players to watch/attend the game, they realise that our game is as important to Bolton supporting cricketers as the FA Cup is the them.

I dont remember any being postponed when they played last year 🤷🏻‍♂️

After the late start of the season I'd be surprised if they postpone another 2 weekends.
