The work on the fence will start once the season is over. We travelled to Garstang a few years ago to watch our thirds in a regional knockout competition. I think it was played at Garstang CC which has a beautiful setting with the Leeds and Liverpool Canal running across the far end. Problem is, they also had vandal issues and erected a 20’ high perimeter fence. It looked like a HMP establishment exercise yard. Edit - Just looked on Google Maps. It’s the River Wyre, not the L&LC.
