When people go watching Chorley "on the side" so to speak how do you feel when they score? Do you get that buzz or is it just a smile and a clap moment etc??

Used to be a smile and a clap until FCUM scored against them in the last minute.

Since then I've done two matches and got a bit of a buzz with the goals going in.

Probably more to do with my hatred of them cunts that my liking of Chorley though.

If say Radcliffe borough were playing and we had no game then I may go and watch them but I certainly wouldn't go any other time let alone travel not a million miles away from where Bolton are playing to watch another team, but each to their own.

Your allowed in the ground at Chorley mate :-)

ha ha you rascal birch

I've been to Bacup Boro a few times, but it's definitely just like watching a lower league game on TV.

It's there in front of you, you can have a pint and you just want to see action without giving a shit about the score.

It does, however, become more about entertainment than results.

Just clap, TBH so do the ones who just watch Chorley do too, ok the one in the 90th minute last Sat was different, pissed up folk running on the pitch with plastic pint pots. Eyesright?  :blum:

88th minute it was, guilty :)

Absolute bonkers the depths Stockport have dropped to.

And they were lucky to escape last year. Just under half way this season, but still getting good crowds and taking decent followings.

Been going to Fleetwood home games for a few years now'and it's a good cheap day out.I moved to f/wood 14 yrs ago' and now take my 9 year old(Fleetwood born) nephew. I will be BWFC till I die but cost and location now dictate where and when i get to see them.

What are you going to do when Pilley has his way and Fleetwood end up in the championship and charge as much as us??

Suppose there's always FC Fylde :-)

Fuck chorley the gayers

Pilley? How did he make his money?

Gas & Electric, I think.

Gas & Electric, I think.

Aye he's the founder of BES,a gas supply firm that deal in the commercial sector. He started up slap bang in the middle of the labour boom years and pretty much hit jackpot.

He was loaded anyway, but that's a different story all together :-)

It's understood he offered to buy a large chunk of Blackpool off Karl Oyston and invest massively in into the club...The dark lord told him to fook right off.

And Rammy are in the play-offs ......... playing Darlington.

Amazing.

Biggest match in the North-West this Saturday :-

Bamber Bridge V Rammy for promotion to the NPL Premier division.

Both won their away play-off semi-finals.

Who cares about Brum's relegation worries. Discuss.

Well. I'll still be at the Reebok obviously but with a quick get-away  .............
