Whalley ,Dog Inn highly recommended. De,lacys ,Finest pie rack I have seen in years .WORMINATOR !!!!!!!!! Late arrival turned up as we hit Clitheroe. Diamonds must have had a lock in. The Inn at the Station. Not bad . Sports bar round corner,not a decent ale in site. On to The New Inn. Ale heaven. But strange locals,dodgy cupboards. Back on rattler to Darwen. Finest curry ever,a must for next season. Only 50% made the curry. Last train back to Bolton. Got home to find as feared ripped gusset in Gruffalo costume and I couldn't get a refund. Watchdog have been contacted and I hope to feature in the opening episode of the new series which starts in July. Saw a very shoddy Smurff costume heading for The Etihad yesterday .
