Just looked at his twitter posts looks like he's putting the work in gone back to the gym early looks like he's doing the hard miles. I wonder if DF will give him a chance?

I'd have been happy just to get that goggle eyed cunt Sordell out of the club & off the wage bill.....anything else is a bonus.   Same as N'Gog & Eagles, he does have some ability but also t

    Fuck the boggle eyed prick.

  • I liked Matt Taylor, especially in a midfield of Taylor, Muamba, Holden & Lee, before injuries etc kicked in.

apart from the fact that our losses are probably greater in the prem than division two, its all true that (the fact we lose more when we are successful is something we probably all struggle to get our heads around)

if players make a significant contribution to us staying up, that gives them loads of ticks in the good value box

if we get relegated, that's a big fat cross

indeed

in fact if sordell starts 15 games or scores 5, you win

Good man.

I know, but he chooses to live there!

Most definitely. We were deep in relegation trouble, and Coyle had over £3m to spend on a player. This player should've been someone capable of playing his part to keep us up, given that we'd just lost our valuable asset for £7m.

What does Coyle do? Spends it on an unproven striker he's never seen play, and gives him about 25 minutes of action all season. For all the money we spent on Elmander (transfer fee, signing on fee, agent fees and wages), we've probably lost a lot more on Sordell in the long run. All that TV money that we could still be receiving had Coyle been more sensible would've been nice for a start.

Some true bits, but even so, all we had to do was win one of the last 3;

Were 2-0 up v WBA, with 10 to go

And surely we should have won at Stoke

Champagne corks will be popping when I see him in a claret and blue shirt.

Can't see him featuring much, though

Marvin set for medical on Friday, so it is said ahead of £500,000 transfer. Going down all the time ()

Whatever the price is if it's enough to fund the Juke coming our way it'll do for me.

Is the correct answer

Aye we had £3 million for a striker and QPR spent £6 million on Zamora and £4 million on Cisse that January window. The big spenders stayed up at our expense on the final day.

Aye cos they were both resounding successes too.....

Don't forget SWP.

Nothing to do with their owners being multi-billionaires of course. Booooo Gartside etc.

Still went down 12 months later.

Do you want us out of business?

We had £7 million though didn't we (engineered by the selling of a certain goalkeeper of course). We bought two strikers Ngog, who was known for not scoring goals and a gamble on Sordell who was scoring goals but was unproven at Premiership level.

There were though bigger issues. Establishing a team pattern. Coyle is just a motivator and doesn't seem to have the ability to build a team. The hard work had been done at Burnley. He was found out at Bolton. It happens lets get over it.

Wasn't Al habsi sold for 4 million?

he was, yon mon is waffling on about two different times

sordell (and ream ffs) were the proceeds of the sale of cahill

How much did we actually get for Cahill? - I don't think I've ever heard the amount

So we got Sordell, Ream and N'Gog for Al Habsi and Cahill.

As the dearly missed Diddles would say #epicfail

In one

What happened to Dids, did I miss summat? Banned?

Wasn't Al habsi sold for 4 million?

That's what I'm saying £4 million for al habsi + £3 million we already had = £7 million.
