    I can't agree with this post at all...no surprise as I am clearly in the "sack the manager crowd"   And that's not down to thinking that we have a god given right to be in the Premier either   Fir

    Honesty is always the best policy.   I'm bored to shit of sound bites & best wishes of what managers philosophy is or maybe, if its not working, fix it, change it, do whatever, but stop making e

Why does every team have to have played each other before the table tells a story?

That's absolute nonsense

The table, at that point, tells a clear story.

Before that it is clouded by the order in which fixtures fall.

Clearly any team which begins with a winning streak will be buoyant (success breeding success).

It really doesn't matter, because we cannot afford to buy players, so cannot attract an experienced manager or pay off the current one. Moaning on a forum is OK, but moaning during home matches can only have a negative effect on performance. It certainly cannot help.

Last season after 5 matches the top 6 were:

Blackpool (eventually 20th), QPR (4), Burnley (2), Forest (11), Leicester (1) and Bournemouth (10).

The bottom 3 from 24th up were: Bolton (14), Millwall (19) and Yeovil (24).

After 10 matches:

Top: Burnley (2), QPR (4), Leicester (1), Forest (11), Reading (7) and Blackpool (20);

bottom: Barnsley (23), Bolton (14) and Yeovil (24).

After 23 matches:

Top: Leicester (1), Derby (3), Burnley (2), QPR (4), Forest (11), and Ipswich (9);

bottom: Barnsley (23), Yeovil (24) and Wednesday (16).

We all know the Championship is an anyone-can-beat-anyone league, so look at the PL fixtures.

Leicester begin with  matches agaist Everton, Chelsea and Arsenal. Chances are they will finish higher than they are after this weekend.

On the other hand ManU begin with 6 'easy' matches: Swansea, Sunderland, Burnley, QPR, Leicester and West Ham. Chances are that if they can't reach the top 6 by the end of September they never will. And that will become a story in itself. Hopefully.

Those of you who have spent your hard earned witnessing this absolute shite are all wrong.

Obviously.

Did I say that?

Or did I just call out some bullshit that someone had posted as "indisputable fact"?

I even said that we're not playing well. That's not a question in my mind. I still don't think getting rid and bringing a new man in will make any difference. We might have a short-term improvement as most new managers do, but unless we get really lucky in an appointment (Fat Sam for example) we'll be back on this forum in 18 months shouting about how the new guy is even worse than Freedman, and what we wouldn't give to have Coyle back at this point.

Not that any of this matters because, frankly, opinions on a forum have absolutely no say in what happens at the club anyways.

.

First of all the Bolton evening news published the fact we had had 8 shots on target in our last 8 games.

And you may not notice it,as you don't actually watch our games,but whatever the final possession stats may say,teams continually hold 70% if not more possession against us.

This is fact,seen with mine and every other sane person watching our football club.

You don't see the shit we see. I'm sorry for stating the obvious,but you don't.

It's quite easy to sit looking at stats on the bbc thinking all is not so bad,and who can blame you,it's your only option.

But seriously....you haven't got a fucking clue what your talking about.

What make you think you know better than everyone else?

I stand corrected.

The only bit of reliable coverage you need to look at is what everyone bar mrs freedman casino is saying.

Not really.

You're all butthurt because your team isn't doing as well as you think it should. Of course people are going to hate the current situation. I'm not 100% happy with it.

I support my team regardless though.
