Surprised at the away section following England, full and fully segregated. Hopefully we see some kind of violence at these games soon. Quote

I'll wager that they don't think the job is done yet however. You'd think so but with Madrid, nothing is impossible. Quote

L/H White Posted April 9, 2025 Posted April 9, 2025 5 prem teams confirmed for the CL after arsenals result last night Time for it to be rebranded, joke it's called the champions league Quote
Lt. Aldo Raine Posted April 9, 2025 Posted April 9, 2025 I've not been paying attention How does Arsenal's result last night give us an extra place? Quote

Alf Hartigan Posted April 9, 2025 Posted April 9, 2025 Can see it ending up 5-0 unless they do a Rotherham. Quote

What if Utd or Spurs win the EL? Is that a 6th place And then what if Villa won it but didn't finish top 5? Could we potentially have 7?? Quote

England could have as many as seven teams in the Champions League in 2025-26 if Aston Villa win the competition this year, but fail to qualify through the Premier League, and if Manchester United or Tottenham win the Europa League. Italy are second in the coefficient rankings, with Spain and Germany behind.23 hours ago Yep Quote

Alf Hartigan Posted April 9, 2025 Posted April 9, 2025 No way are Villa beating PSG over two legs from what I’ve seen in this match. Quote

Tempted to have bets on both PSG and Barcelona to lift the trophy but that nagging worry some on here call 'the farmers'. Inter are a very difficult team to beat. Shades of the (in)famous 'catenaccio' even though that is clearly not their system. The youngsters PSG and particularly Barcelona have means that they will both be serious CL contenders for years to come. Luis Enrique seems to have finally produced a 'team' for PSG rather than a collection of selfish and petulant so called 'superstars'. Barcelona? You just know they will be winning this trophy soon if not this season. Quote
