From what I've seen he's basically a cocky cockney who does loads of vines, many of which are crap but some are piss funny. He claims he's in character but it's an extension of his own personality.

 

He's had a TV show where he takes someone who can't pull and gives them confidence etc.

 

He's developed the character into stand up and has gone a bit far in the sexist jokes at a time where people are distancing themselves from a certain football club and has been ripped apart by the media. They've cherry picked his comments and taken them out of context and itv have pulled his show. He's cancelled his sell out tour etc etc.
