January 16, 201511 yr The folk who say that because you took the piss out of a peadophile you deserved the response... So don't do it.... Your not stupid so don't pretend you haven't seen those things in the media of late... If that happens where will it end? Our forefathers fought to protect our freedom to free speech ....
January 16, 201511 yr Well my wife now feels uncomfortable wearing a short skirt in asda since she was spat and hissed upon by a burkha clad threesome backed by one of the perpetrators husband. Whilst i as a male haven't lost any because I am 6' 1" and a seasoned terrace fucker, the pakistani females in this area cannot divorce their husbands without appearing before a Sharia court made up of imported imams from Saudi and the most enlightened 60+ males. But thats somat you and your leftie brethren put down as acceptable cultural differences in the name of your ethos of multiculturalism. Need i continue? So to be clear, you've lost no freedoms then.
January 16, 201511 yr So to be clear, you've lost no freedoms then. and so you are comfortable with a two tier state of law in this country so your can be happy in your socialist dogma? Fuck the women who suffer?
January 16, 201511 yr and so you are comfortable with a two tier state of law in this country so your can be happy in your socialist dogma? Fuck the women who suffer? Thing is it seems there's more noise being made to allow women to wear the full veil (which is not required anyway) rather than shouting about the women around the world who have no choice.
January 16, 201511 yr and so you are comfortable with a two tier state of law in this country so your can be happy in your socialist dogma? Fuck the women who suffer? what two tier state law

Talking of women who have no choice....not for the faint hearted http://youtu.be/IsVO0hvImfg She was probably only nipping out for a loaf
January 16, 201511 yr what two tier state law Well as a example where police, labour councillors and their community ignore the 100's of vulnerable White girls that are systematically raped for fear of upsetting the community....
January 16, 201511 yr Is it the beheading in Saudi? The authorities reckon she sexually assaulted her daughter. I'm sure she had a great brief though (tongue now out of cheek).
January 16, 201511 yr and so you are comfortable with a two tier state of law in this country so your can be happy in your socialist dogma? Fuck the women who suffer? I knew nowt about Muslims and divorce so I just had a quick Google. An Islamic marriage in the UK isn't recognised in UK law. So if you have an Islamic wedding as far as the state is concerned you ain't married. Equally UK law doesn't recognise Islamic divorce. Same thing stands for Jews in the UK.
January 16, 201511 yr So to be clear, you've lost no freedoms then. If you were a journalist would you be comfortable speaking your mind about the issue? If your opinion was potentially inflammatory to these idiots? You wouldn't. And I bet lots of media outlets wouldn't allow their writers to publish that opinion now. So some freedoms have already been lost, whether folk admit it or not.

Exactly how many of our media outlets have showed the recent edition of Charlie hebdo? Perhaps if we all stood together we would be stronger...not scared
January 16, 201511 yr I've not heard anybody saying there should be any limits to free speech. I've heard a few suggest that just because you CAN say something, that it doesn't necessarily mean you SHOULD, but that's not the same thing. Then again, I didn't watch Question Time.

And I bet lots of media outlets wouldn't allow their writers to publish that opinion now. So some freedoms have already been lost, whether folk admit it or not. Probably not. There's nothing stopping you though. Similarly I'd also probably not tell Mike Tyson his tattoo looks fucking shit.
January 16, 201511 yr what two tier state law there are 12 areas or districts granted by Blair/ Brown whereby Sharia law circumnavigates British law. Therefore with the blessing of the labour party there are some areas of the UK whose women are subject to the whims of some 800 ad law in the name of community cohesion. of course your labour councillor will say this is a good thing in order to maintain community cohesion.
January 16, 201511 yr Probably not. There's nothing stopping you though. Similarly I'd also probably not tell Mike Tyson his tattoo looks fucking shit. That is fucking weak and an admission that you have bent to their will. If it was Catholics gunning people down for enquiring about child abuse in the church you'd be outraged.

Really? You sure about that? I've just shown you that Islamic divorce isn't recognised by uk law.

No it doesn't. They don't have any jurisdiction in criminal law. They can help settle petty disputes, but believe it or not, we could have a Wanderersways court if we wanted to. Sharia hearings are recognised under the Arbitration Act (1996) which 'allows almost any body to act as a dispute resolution service if both parties agreed to be bound by its decision.' So it's absolutely not 2 tier. You crack on though!
January 16, 201511 yr You're right. We have got a problem. Outside Finsbury Park Mosque. Incredibly naive. I have lived in and around London for 20 years and before 9/11 mostly people would kind of laugh about the nutters there shouting down with the west and suchlike. Turns out one of the 9/11 plotters, plus Richard Reid the shoe bomber and plenty of others were strongly linked to the place. Abu Hamzas own kids are terrorists. We were very complacent about them and in noble uk tradition allowed them their freedom of speech, but they were far more dangerous and serious than anybody knew. They prey on potentially sympathetic, vulnerable and often mentally ill kids in our cities and turn them into terrorists. It's not a few nutters outside Finsbury park mosque.

We don't need or want a wanderersways court because we all live by the law of the land, and don't ask for any different The act you quote sounds like an excuse to allow sharia (and other) laws to exist, we've a decent enough legal system as it is haven't we?
