I also don't understand why somebody who had rejected Islam would agree to be arbitrated under Islamic law. Why do you ask out of interest? Has this eventuality ever come about because I've never heard of it? But you stated earlier, and I quote, "The Arbitration Act IS our legal system. It's not that hard to get your head around." I don't understand why anyone would agree to be arbitrated under Islamic Law either but you seemed to be justifying the over riding principle by bringing the Arbitration Act into it, which, as stated earlier, is a piece of poorly drafted legislation if it can be utilised to justify certain instances that would not be considered appropriate under uk statute. Just considering the principles. By the way - you might also want to get similarly outraged by 'Judge Rinder' on ITV which also operates under the same piece of legislation and is a regular feature on daytime TV. I've not said I was outraged! Never heard or seen it but a quick google got me as far as ....."Judge Rinder is a British reality court show" and a comparison to Jeremy Kyle, that was enough !!

In seriousness, there needs to be a serious challenge to the likes of Choudry from within. Look at how we deal with the likes of Nick Griffin or those twats on the 'White, Loud and Proud' programme (which I turned over after about ten minutes) - they're attacked from all angles - from satire and lampooning to outright obliteration of their belief system on an intellectual level, and rightly so... The muslim voice of opposition against the radicals always seems, rightly or wrongly, to be tame to say the least, they need to up their game.

One thing that I always think when I see the ISIS wankers parading and on their pickup truck gunships is how easy it must be for special forces types to disguise themselves in black rags and infiltrate.
