I don't understand why anyone would agree to be arbitrated under Islamic Law either but you seemed to be justifying the over riding principle by bringing the Arbitration Act into it, which, as stated earlier, is a piece of poorly drafted legislation if it can be utilised to justify certain instances that would not be considered appropriate under uk statute.

In seriousness, there needs to be a serious challenge to the likes of Choudry from within.
