January 13, 201511 yr Have "we"? I seem to remember plenty had plenty to say about those lads who were praying at a football match and, dare I say, those who have the nerve to wash their feet in public sinks. And quite right too Some of us have to take a shit in there
January 14, 201511 yr No.1 and No. 2 apologists front and centre I note. Hard to believe that people can't see that we are under attack. As Monsieur Hollande said recently, 'We are at war with radical Islam'. Defend the 'peaceful' ones all you want. Just be ready when the time comes. #illridewithyouandcarryyourrucksackforyou
January 14, 201511 yr We've been under attack for all the 21st century and beforehand The war on terror never ends Are you ready?

January 14, 201511 yr Interviewing Muslims in the street for channel 4. All on their high horses saying, you wouldn't like it if people were mocking Jesus. People have and do. Christianity, In general, seems to live much better with those who don't have a God of any kind. I'm not sure it's us non believers who need to be more tolerant of religion per se, I, and I presume many others, have no tolerance for societal regression which Islam is responsible for trying to bring to the Western/modern world. We are not perfect in our world but things we have grown to expect as normal, the biggest being equality and free will must not be lost. Exactly. Only Muslims are offended by cartoons of the Prophet. Therefore they have to accept that in countries where they aren't in the majority it is a part of free speech to be able to do and say things that might be against their beliefs. I'm sure most do but those that don't have to realise it. And soon. This is very different from people being abusive which rightly shouldn't be tolerated. Edited January 14, 201511 yr by bwfcfan5

January 14, 201511 yr I'm sure they're all offended by it tbh and I have no problem with them for that. It's the ones who think murdering folk in retaliation is justified I have a problem with.

I would guess that the vast majority don't care at all. And don't even consider to themselves whether they are offended or not.

January 14, 201511 yr And the ones who don't murder folk are embarassed by the ones who do. I thought it had been decided that they're not much better as they never speak out against the bad 'uns (even though they do).

It's a hard left magazine - the european hard left has plenty of anti-semitic fellow travellers - not much of a shock. I believe when asked to apologise he said he'd rather cut his balls off.
January 14, 201511 yr They've sold 3 million copies of the latest issue apparently and expect total sales of around 5 million. Normally they sell 60,000 copies.
