September 2, 201510 yr The Greeks did something similar but were very liberal in their definition of hard, physical labour. For example hair dressers could retire early and if this board is anything to go by I cannot imagine many more cushy jobs. That seems to have worked well for them
September 2, 201510 yr Cheese, you knob Well at least you got that bit right which is quite an achievement for you.
September 2, 201510 yr Hahaha! Is it fuck. A few of you in here are as bad as the Loonie Corbyn supporters, but on the other side of the political divide. As soon as you see something you disagree with it's "SOCIALIST PROPAGANDA!!!!". Unless you can give a few examples of how Private Eye is Communist propaganda of course... I were kinda joking , and Ian Hislop's a Lib Dem. But Paul Foot were a SWP-ite . Allegedly . Edited September 2, 201510 yr by e2e4
September 2, 201510 yr Apparently the Tories are picking up some superb ideas in Iran. Our foreign secretary said that in Iran they are very supportive of their Government, because they electrocute the genitals of anyone who speaks against them. Ian Duncan Smith could incorporate that into his workfare schemes.
September 2, 201510 yr Iran can go fuck itself! It's a bloody shame religion wrecked that place. Bring back the shar and wenches with hair and busters!
September 2, 201510 yr Iran and Great Britain are the only 2 large countries where religious leaders are directly represented in parliament.
September 2, 201510 yr Iran can go fuck itself! It's a bloody shame religion wrecked that place. Bring back the shar and wenches with hair and busters! Ladies with long hair and busters sounds sublime. Reminds me of a long forgotten, better era. Well maybe not better, but it is nice to imagine it was.
September 2, 201510 yr Anybody calling Jeremy Corbyn a crackpot clearly doesn't remember this...... https://youtu.be/438UKM1Av1g
September 2, 201510 yr Anybody calling Jeremy Corbyn a crackpot clearly doesn't remember this...... https://youtu.be/438UKM1Av1g I Remember that. Yogic flying? nearly pissed myself!
September 2, 201510 yr I Remember that. Yogic flying? nearly pissed myself! At least Yogic flying had some kind of basis in science!
September 2, 201510 yr I Remember that. Yogic flying? nearly pissed myself! It's his deadpan delivery that gets me. I especially like the bit where he claims that yogic flying has brought crime in Liverpool down by 60% :-)

September 2, 201510 yr These guys think they are actually levitating!!! Serious competition. It would be better if they had a race. Cracking atmosphere though!
September 2, 201510 yr You can be both bored and in acute pain simultaneously with Yoga. And the tedium can make five minutes seem like a week. Exactly like a Labour Party Political broadcast, in fact.
September 3, 201510 yr Just watching them on sky news. The country would be fucked under corbyn. He's living in cloud cuckoo land. He's probably good in a student union bar with a load of idological dreamster but if we let him run anything more than a bath we are fucked.

He's probably good in a student union bar with a load of idological dreamster but if we let him run anything more than a bath we are fucked. I know folk who think he's great. I don't really socialise with them obvs. But anyhow, it's the sand question I pose. Where's the money coming from. Getting rid of trident will sort it apparently
September 3, 201510 yr Where's the money coming from. More tax on high earners, property and business I know what you're thinking; it won't add up
September 3, 201510 yr More tax on high earners, property and business I know what you're thinking; it won't add up Especially when they fuck off

Getting rid of trident will sort it apparently It's easy - get rid of Trident and lease Faslane to the Russians. Unfortunately JC has probably got enough votes in already, since the majority have already voted.

September 3, 201510 yr And put 40000 jobs in jeopardy The blokes a fucking tool Most important thing for me. Jobs, jobs and more jobs.

He's probably good in a student union bar with a load of idological dreamster but if we let him run anything more than a bath we are fucked. The country will have enough problems even with him leading the opposition, as he will be the alternative option as PM and will spook the markets. As he will be over 70 by the expected date of a General Election there is the real possibility of a Degsy style putsch. In fact Degsy himself has re-applied for Labour Party membership. He got a leeter one day with his new card and another the next day refusing him (and hasn't received voting papers). He will probably unseat the lesser Eagle (not the funny lezzer) and claim Garston as his own. Scary.
September 4, 201510 yr Anyway, these people are only voting for Corbyn because he has a beard. They think its radical, but already they are thinking it is sooo August. They want more changes, a different change maybe this week, than next week, and then in a fortnight they will want change.

I prefer my politicians to be a bit older, having experienced a bit of life (and, preferably, business)
September 4, 201510 yr 70 is no age. I prefer my politicians to be a bit older, having experienced a bit of life (and, preferably, business) John Hamilton was 61 when he was usurped by Degsy on ageist grounds.
