I need to get involved with NFL again, but need to choose a team. Was always a Dan Marino Miami Dolphins shirt wearing kid, but need some advice.

Which team is it worth following? Thinking about going down to Wembley to watch a game - anyone done it? Any help welcomed. Could just stick with the Dolphins and get tickets off Stub Hub for their game against New York Jets the day after the QPR game.

Which are the Liverpool/Man Utd of the NFL world to avoid?

AFC i'm cautiously optimistic about the Steelers this season, but the chiefs will be hard to beat. The Ratbirds and Jackson will choke in the playoffs again.

NFC I'm gonna go with The Saints, no real reason just a feeling. The Bucs will either be unstoppable or a complete train wreck

I always love watching the saints. Great football team.

bucs I have a soft spot for anyway too and more so now they’ve got the GOAT.

Aye. Early doors I’ll go Chiefs and Saints with Saints winning Super Bowl

I’d love to see my capital-city racist Native American slaughtering bastard useless set of cunts do well but they won’t bother the scoreboards at the end of the season I’m afraid

I’d maybe put a couple of quid on the Packers for sentimental reasons. I really do like that team

Cardinals is a left field shout pal. What makes you fancy them?

Then again, it would be just like New England to go unbeaten.

I can see it as a dark horse they've recently struck me as just that little bit short of the best teams.

DeAndre Hopkins and Larry Fitzgerald is a great WR pair that will catch everything and they look like they've got a good QB in Murray. Decent defense with a couple of play makers.

I like Murray a lot. Is David Johnson still there as well?

I've studied it, and if the Jets win more than 4 games I'll eat a clod of my own arse hairs.

Gutted.

Ravens Saints superbowl. as long as Lamar stays fit. Plenty of young running quarter backs not many older ones.

Ravens/Chiefs AFC champ game

Saints/49ers NFC Champ Game

Ravens to beat 49'es in SB

Looks like they had distanced fans in at the Chiefs last night

A fair few teams are doing it. Surprised some of the southern teams aren't just letting everyone in and saying prayers before kick off.

Wouldn't surprise me if some of the SEC college teams do that.

17000 were allowed in. Most teams have zero fans for the first month at least. New York going to be a lot longer from what I’ve read.

and they all booed the show of unity before the start

Chiefs adding a running game doesn't bode well for the rest of the league.

Aye

That rookie is a bit nippy

Bit that stood out for me with him was in the dying minutes with the game all but won he still ran headlong into the big lads on the Texans defence. That's what sets the good running backs aside from the rest.
