Making a witty retort (notwithstanding the doubt as to whether he actually really ever said it) is on a different scale to goading your allies by suggesting you would encourage a dictator to invade them.

I must have got the wrong end of the stick then? It sounded like you were saying that DT's Russia outburst was akin to Churchill's alleged put down. Apologies if that's not what you meant.

I don't put much store in what Stoltenberg says. Vested interest. Norwegian socialist. Tune out.

The Trump comments will all be forgotten in no time once the disgusting freeloader attitude of the likes of wealthy countries like Germany and France is curtailed and they step up and pay their share.

Shades of the bungling Brussels bureaucracy being vindictive after the Brexit referendum but still wanting the umbrella of Trident to protect them. Time all of the fuckers stumped up.
