They can't help being shit, but they can control their effort levels and professionalism. If I'm pissed off they're shit, I'll save my ire for those that decided to buy them and pay them

All subs except him out at half time and he did not warm up once that just says it fucking all - moxey an all I've thought he got uncalled for stick I don't think he was fit last season and has looked a player a times but a few times yesterday he just didn't compete and gave up again fucking shambolic.

 

Maher did ok after a shaky start but whether he's good enough for league one I don't know he looked a way off championship quality if im honest

I have just seen an article in the BN which says "Phillips sees improvements despite defeat" , well that's funny because I though we were terrible. I have sat and watched some shockingly poor performances over the years and yet I thought we hit a new low on Saturday. I hope that Holdsworth goes out and finds a capable manager for next season who has the experience and contacts in football to ensure a return to the Championship within 2 seasons.

I think the team selection from JP was dreadful and partly to blame for the Holding sending off, as others have said what made JP select Dobbie? Whatever you think of Mark Davies and Trotter both are streets ahead of the other midfielders selected to start, feel a little sorry fr JP regarding the forward line as we have no one worthy of playing up front in a 1 up top, ZC needs someone to lead the line for him while he feeds off the second ball. It really is a shambles ED has brought the football club into disrepute.

People are saying Vela is a scapegoat, watch there goal, OK the lad hits it well but he has so much time as Vela is stood off him, it happened all season our midfield do not work hard enough to close teams down so they find it easy to shoot from distance or get crosses in.

 

We all know we need a full clear out of players and some staff, getting back some spirit into the club, I think Phil Brown is probably the only option to start building something

The next few years is going to be about building character and fighters, the team in the video were good enough to battle when down to 10 men at home to Reading, we need more of that.

 

JP is not the man IMO for  rebuilding job we need someone who has the experience of doing the top job at a club.

JP also has been told he can't play Spearing, and use younger players where possible, Walker and Mathers played last 2 games not convinced either ready or good enough, no Madine, no Davies, no Trotter as average as they are we haven't any like 4 like replacements and losing RH early didn't help, plenty of mitigating circumstances that our performances been worse since NL left.
