I've not been in there for yonks.

It is another of Garrps regular haunts though

It is rowdy in there. Was in the area a couple of weeks ago and noticed the White Horse just down from there has gone now.

  • Correct, in order to have the country run properly, you need to have a strong "opposition" otherwise everything will just get shoved through unchallenged

Is The Axe still open? - and Browns?

Don't you think I have better things to do than tour such establishments? (Never been, I think so...)  :shiftyninja:

Second pair looks like a wedge of cheddar.

Oh yes they're both hideous.

Didn't end up going for a pint. Had a massive bowl of Gelato from Amorino instead. It was so hot beer wasn't going to cut it.

Off to the Tate Modern today. I love that place.

Do you get seats for that price or do you have to sit on the floor next to the bogs?

We paid 40 quid in total for our return tickets.

Him and his PR look like bellends. Bizzarely I reckon he will do well out of this (Corbyn) as his staunch support will probably revel in such drama

We can always hope. Absolutely imperative that he stays in charge of the red lot. Better still he might end up splitting their vote.

A gift that keeps on giving.

I'm not sure about that as that Welsh bloke was on BBC breakfast and he's a proper bellend.

I'd rather a decent competition between the parties as both have their fare share of knobheads. One knowing they are untouchable isn't a good thing regardless of which party you support

Snakeoil salesman - all things to all people.

He has said he wants 50% of his cabinet to be female, which he then changed to at least 50%.

Presumably he wants the same for males.

:) they'd be begging to be home with mummy and daddy after a couple of days with me and my wide boy!

Done yesterday (not the shade bit). Almost spoilt by a sighting of a Blackburn shirt.

I was under the Peter May stand with 2 of my carers. Wasn't you starting the Lanky singing was it? Northern Line was packed going home, guess that was due to the problem earlier.

Top knots and beards aren't as offensive as grown adults riding around on fucking micro scooters!

Grown men riding round on knackered mountain bikes or bmx's - you might as well put a big sign on your back saying I am a smackhead who will rob your grandma. Grown men on micro scooters just need a good look at themselves.

We ended up there after following the sun around. Just got back in from this evening, managed the last hour and the capitulation.

Gutted, thought the bank holiday weekend was going to start with a bit of cricket in the sun on a Friday afternoon but looks like we'll do well to last longer than 11.30am tomorrow
