Hopefully, they’ll have stood about waiting for 15 of those 20 minutes for all 10 officers to arrive before committing anyone to a clearly dangerous situation.

Just further on this (I know I'm talking to myself, but) it looks likely like the variant of the Hellfire missile that has spinning sword type blades in it rather than an explosive warhead was used - as he stood his his balcony.
