  • I don't go to concerts. The demand isn't there for watching Bolton, charge the postage by all means as I've stated but this is skimming off the top and nothing else. Poor do imo.

  • both

  • Indeed, he'll be going on cruises as well. A sure sign that you're turning into an old codger

1 quid per ticket is a cunts trick if 10 are going to the same place.

You might as well pick them up at the ground before the Leeds game & save £10-50.......we'll not sell out.

My guess is that Burton will be the only away league game that will get close to selling out.

Preston might come close pending allocation.

there is always a booking fee on concerts tickets so its not to strange.

can understand that for selling tickets in tens of thousands

See the club thinking well we don't make on away sales

However been down today and there was more staff than customers so it's not a manpower issue

Like folk have said it's the norm now for all businesses selling tickets so we are following suit. It is a piss take as stated when you have 10 tickets to the same address and end up paying 10.50. It should be a transaction fee not per ticket of say 2.50 or summat

But easy enough for folk to buy and collect at the ground thus doing away with this fee and where worried about ticket availability then just have to stump up the fee but these will be few and far between this year.

Agreed but Ticketmaster isn't free.

We need to get smarter with stock etc. The club shop is empty. Surely we should be able to shift stuff.

Mate just had a look at hospitality for stoke game £1 fee for that aswel, looks like any ticket you buy online home away hospitality you get the Charge

Yes as I'm led to believe off bwfc ticket twatter but no explanation on calling in, what the charge is for. I've never used ticket master and I'm failing to see the admin charge is nothing but a con if you don't use ticket master

the staff need to be paid i guess. its not ideal though.

All genuine bolton fans know the state of affairs and don't mind helping the club and staff but....

At the same time don't take the piss out the people who are helping you

Matchday prices went up to silly prices for certain games and now this, no doubt food/drink prices will increase on the concourse

Agreed. work on getting some new fans rather than taking the piss

They should say that then instead of making a bollocks admin fee up? It's my one gripe people charging for nothing it's a turds trick.

No issue at all with paying the postage charge but not paying an extra quid a ticket when I was about to order Crewe and Millwall tickets, cheaper to drive down and buy in person which kind of defeats the object.

Is the shop still open 9-5 on a Saturday? Can't find any opening times on the website.

Its an extra 2 quid if you call the ticket office. £1.50 a ticket and 50p postage

The 'per ticket' does seem to be taking the piss

It's a translation fee per ticket? Even on collection. That does seem a bit daft like.

I get the gripe but I also see it's common place for events. I am torn

Can't you print at home if you buy online?wouldnt expect a surcharge on that.

I tried it before out of interest put 4 tickets in my basket they put £4 on for web fee I didn't process obviously, but can't see them knocking it off when you go to delivery option

6 tickets sorted, couldn't give a fuck about the extra quid as the ticket is cheap anyway

6 tickets sorted, couldn't give a fuck about the extra quid as i'm not a peasant

In 1 Cas

6 tickets sorted, couldn't give a fuck about the extra quid as my heating allowance covers the cost
