that's my take

Alnwick missed West Ham with a neck injury so may still be struggling. Karacan is suspended and Robinson and Cullen's omission is hardly a surprise. Burke reportedly carrying a knock.

 

Not sure he has too much choice but to chop and change - I'd say King is the only surprise in that eleven.
