November 3, 20178 yr Came close to landing on his own knife. That would, unfortunately, have raised a lot more questions than it would have answered.
November 3, 20178 yr Just watching the news now, an article about a stabbing, just after one about another acid attack. Could well be a lot more taser incidents in the years to come.
November 3, 20178 yr Not watched it. Probably unprovoked police brurality. ACAB - Free Winston Silcott.
November 3, 20178 yr Author Just watching the news now, an article about a stabbing, just after one about another acid attack. Could well be a lot more taser incidents in the years to come. Heard about that acid attack I dont want that vile bastard sharing the planet with me Just kill him and be done with it
November 4, 20178 yr Heard about that acid attack I dont want that vile bastard sharing the planet with me Just kill him and be done with it A teenager apparently. No doubt be out before he's thirty, fully tooled up with enhanced criminal behaviour.
November 4, 20178 yr A teenager apparently. No doubt be out before he's thirty, fully tooled up with enhanced criminal behaviour. He will be out long before he's 30. A mate got knocked out from behind at a cashpoint on Halliwell Road by a 17 year old and a 18 year old. To make sure he wasn't getting up they kept kicking him in the head, later in hospital they found no defensive injuries, he was out cold and no threat through all this. Two weeks in a coma and his family were told to expect the worse. He came through but with brain damage and will never work again. The 2 attackers were convicted and sentenced to 2 years and the older one 3 years, it was not the first offence for either. To protect them the BEN story of the case is not available via a Google search any more. What justice is there anywhere in that?
November 4, 20178 yr Author Disgusting, pal I've mellowed over the years but folk committing violent crimes are the scum of the earth
November 4, 20178 yr Disgusting, pal I've mellowed over the years but folk committing violent crimes are the scum of the earth Especially disfiguring folk with acid. Cowardly violent crimes. Whites Mans story makes you wonder what planet some of these magistrates/judges come from?
November 4, 20178 yr Shocking story that. On this case, the victim is critical and presumably if the worst happens the cunt would get a bit longer. Not that I believe he should, a long, long time irrespective of outcome.
November 5, 20178 yr I'm thinking this guy is Muslim and playing at being a terrorist, shame he wasn't shot with a proper gun. Edited November 5, 20178 yr by Mounts Kipper
November 5, 20178 yr I'm thinking this guy is Muslim and playing at being a terrorist, shame he wasn't shot with a proper gun.Probably one of the mob Merkel let in an' all - the media will be under strict orders fron the EU and our lefty PC government to keep these aspects under wraps... Reports say he was drunk, I either reckon this is a media fabrication too, or he probably planned to turn the blades on himself at the end - for being such an alcohol-swilling kuffar. November 5, 20178 yr Especially disfiguring folk with acid. Cowardly violent crimes. Whites Mans story makes you wonder what planet some of these magistrates/judges come from? Makes you want eye for an eye type justice - ask the afflicted if they want acid to be thrown on the perpetrators and give them the option of doing it, if not, im sure there'd be a queue of willing folk. I know it wont happen but seriously, if that repercussion was on the table I bet it would stop pretty quickly. As for the judges . . . their hands are tied to some degree i suppose but they live in a different world to me and you. Always have and always will.

Anyone wanting eye for an eye justice is no better than some Tailban throwing a homosexual off a tall building. What we need is some sentencing to reflect the crimes committed, there seems to be a focus on protecting the criminals. I appreciate the need for rehabilitation but there should be an element of punishment and deterant in sentencing.
November 5, 20178 yr Aye. Would much prefer some more intensive community based punishments for low level crime; stuff where they really have to work hard, in public view but undertaking useful activities. Free up space for the cunts like the aforementioned.
November 5, 20178 yr Three and two year sentences, which they most likely won't even serve in full, for causing life-devastating injuries purely in the pursuit of money and/or to satiate an appetite for thuggery is a sick indictment on the current sentencing guidelines... Free up space for the cunts like the aforementioned. I think Ross Kemp's documentary on Barlinnie pretty much concluded with this. Far too many folk being put inside for petty crimes, time and time again. No time to rehabilitate them as they are in for a few months at a time. If they were kept out but given community work to do, society would benefit, and they would gain experience in doing something worthwhile. Potentially win-win. Think its £3,000 per prisoner per month at that prison. So a 3 month sentence changed to community work - saves the country £9K. In turn this would free up space in prison for violent criminals - and we could hand out longer sentences without fear of over-crowding. Edited November 5, 20178 yr by Smiley

You cannot disagree with the hat but what crimes getting custodial sentences do you consider petty? Burglary used to get someone locked up but now that's not necessarily the case.

Burglary used to get someone locked up but now that's not necessarily the case. Not easy, but perhaps start with youths and antisocial stuff. Smashing bus stops for instance. Come down hard, perhaps five days a week removing old industrial and current rubbish from rivers and banks. Obviously a decent regard to safety but not cotton wooling, make it hard graft, pissed wet through and knackered, but build up a sense of teamwork and ultimately a feeling of achievement and self worth. Maybe have them collecting waste cooking oil from houses and businesses for conversion to fuel. Avoid the fatbergs. Must be loads of environmental type stuff that could be done that sadly authorities don't have the money to resolve They're in public view too- need to overcome initial embarrassment then gain self respect.

November 5, 20178 yr If the taliban wanted to ban sodomy then surely an eye for an eye punishment would be being bummed by an imam?

Thing is we have jail sentences for all sorts of crime but it doesn’t stop people commiting the crimes or becoming habitual offenders If folk are that way inclined I don’t think any embarrassing punishment would make them think twice, they’ll just try harder not to get caught
