It’s madness, if 20 white blokes had for years groomed, assaulted and raped dozens and dozens of black kids every headline would have been “racist paedophiles’

And another few years added to the sentence!

Cmon mate that is seriously harsh ,i think you need to use the preferred media term of grooming gang  as if they were taking them for a day out at Alton Towers with lashings of ice cream

The whole of that continent think we are bound by western law that prevents us looking after young females in our society and it is just fresh meat for them to rape repeatedly

Quite possibly the dumbest sentence I've ever read on WW and that's a hell of a claim to fame.

I doubt the Japs or most of Russia are that happy either :)

Still all 4.463 billion of them are hell bent on repeatedly raping our young females.

Anyway - glad these cunts have been put away.

Imagine the judge hearing all the case then releasing them on bail and one of them flees the country to Pakistan eh ?

Soap opera ! No...that’s what happened.

Unbelievable how these 20 men were allowed back on to the streets and in to contact with children while awaiting sentence.

One's fled the country (and sentenced to 17 years in his absence).

Same case, same judge sent Tommy Robinson sent straight down the day he was arrested...

Yes - for acting in a way that could have led to all 20 men being allowed back on the streets.

Crazy how in 2018 the laws would let some bloke on his iPhone have any influence over a multi million pound court case stacked with evidence against the accused.

What a sad age we live in

This was trial by jury. A jury is made up of the citizenry. A fair proportion of that citizenry believes anything Tommy Robinson tells them to.

Do you accept that if anybody on the jury that convicted these men had perhaps been on an EDL march in the past, or had perhaps 'liked'  Tommy Robinson on Facebook - the case for defence would have made out that TR influenced their deliberations?

And if you believed anybody who is against TR you would think all of his followers were racists knuckle draggers, so if and Tommy fans or EDL marchers were on the jury they may have already made up their mind when everyone of the charged was named along with their addresses weeks before by the BBC and other media outlets!

So in reality he could have easily shared that link to his 100s of thousands of followers on social media and not broken any laws.

But also in reality - he chose not share a link. He chose to stand outside the court broadcasting on Facebook live or whatever.

So again - can you see how the case for the defence might have been able to use that to their advantage?

Time for an ace card now Spunky.

The judge and CPS said in trial conscripts that nothing TR said could have prejudiced the case.

yes...the judge and CPS have said that.

Silly boy.

You know what I'm going to say now don't you?

Had a quick look through the judges summing up from the court of appeal and I can't find anything that says he couldn't have prejudiced the case.

Happy to be proven wrong if I am.

And less of the 'boy' please. I'm in my 40's.

So a TR live feed which sometimes attracts 5-6k viewers with no guarantee any of the jury may have seen it.

or all of them named on the BBC weeks before which more than likely the jury would of had a nosey at!
