I can't be arsed.

I even Googled

'judge says Tommy Robinson could not have influenced proceedings'

And

'CPS says Tommy Robinson could not have influenced proceedings.

But nothing came up.

Also had a trawl through Twitter and buried about 100 posts in was this. Is this what you're on about?

I’m no legal expert so what I don’t understand is the difference between the TR case and say, Cliff Richard’s case. The BBC were all over it and he wasn’t even guilty.

Publicly disclosing defendants names seems to be inconsistent.

Can’t be arsed...but yet you googled ?

Quite a contradiction isn’t it ?

You lefties can’t be arsed only when you have to face the facts lad.

Try legal pages for full details...I’m too busy to do your donkey work.....please apologise when I’m proven right again....and I mean in the correct sense son.

Enjoy the football, we will win today.

No I mean I can't be arsed reading through 2 - 60 odd pages documents of legal speak to try and find something that might not be there anyway. I don't mind doing a cursory flick through Google though.

I had a look at Breitbart as well who I'm pretty sure would be reporting it if it was accurate. Nowt there either.

So is it just this image you've seen - the one with full paragraphs of text blurred out? Or is it something more substantial?

If it's something more substantial - then pretty please - I'm genuinely interested and would like to read it. It's not about you doing the donkey work - I've not dismissed what you've said - I just can't find anything. Other than what I've already posted.

Try elsewhere if you’re genuinely interested :D

I’ll produce when required.

Football time now, enjoy.

Shouldn’t have shown them Widnes.

Let them suffer in their typhlotic world....they’ll wake up one day.

And once again.....the “thick far right racists” annihilate the so called superior lefty socialites.

Sad it many times......forgotten and done more than the left faggots on here will ever do....FACT.

Waiting with popcorn now for the left idiots to reappear with their utter proven BULLSHIT.

Sorry - but that's bollocks. He was arrested because his presence outside the court had the potential to collapse the trial.

What this (heavily redected) transcript shows is that the judge and the CPS thought that at that stage - the video he'd put on Facebook probably wasn't enough to influence the jury.

Fuck knows what would have happened if he'd been left to his own devices all day.

His arrest was right - his imprisonment wasn't.

Get over yourself and get a fucking grip.

All bitching aside, love him or hate him can  anyone honestly say what he did was wrong? Other posters said the Jury may be TR fans (highly unlikely) and that could influence their decision. The names and addresses of all the accused were published by the BBC and other media outlets before it went to trial, if all TR fans are racist knuckle draggers like people make out to be they would have seen many Arab/Pakistani/Asian names and said guilty straight away!

Also, apparently millions have been spent on this case and others that are similar, each time these fuckers have been given bail, even though all the evidence says guilty, are we all happy that nonces can carry on doing what they have been doing whilst the courts drag their heels?

Thank fuck there are people like Tommy Robinson. The media and the authorities would just treat us all like mushrooms.

We have an incredibly gullible mass of people who, as long as they have their beer and fags, are completely indifferent to what is going on around them.

TR has guts and backbone. We need more like him.

The media have fully reported on the case. AFTER the fuckers were convicted.

As it should be.

I think you've misunderstood. I'm not saying that any of the jury WERE TR fans. I'm saying that it's highly likely that the case for defense would have tried to find some link between one of the jury and TR - and then claimed that it could have influenced their decision. Which might have been enough to collapse the trial.

And I've never said all TR fans are racist or knuckle draggers.

I would say most people saw Arab/Pakistani/Asian names and thought guilty straight away. Myself included if I'm perfectly honest, and I'm sure I wasn't in the minority. Which is why having someone like TR outside court was a very bad idea.

A bit less hysteria on here wouldn't go amiss some times.

There’s no likely about it. It would have happened.

The defence work to a simple brief, get their client off or if that’s not possible to get them the lowest punishment available.

The derailing of trials is a regular tactic.

The media reported on the trial with all the names and addresses before TR was outside court armed with his iPhone

There was no reporting restrictions on the Cliff richard case at the time the BBC was (disgracefully) showing the live footage.

There was no Reporting restrictions in place when the BBC listed the defendents in the Leeds case.

There was a reporting restriction in place when TR did his facebook live 'report'.

I never thought the Brexit thread could be beaten as the dullest WW thread ever. I was wrong.

There’s only 1 Brexit thread?

The truth teller is back in court today, a stage and PA system have been set up and various speakers will be on stage during the trial

Geert Wilders was due to speak but the UK authorities again refused to supply police protection

Live from the Old Bailey
