You’d probably still more than the cowboy who tried to price up the job this wkend.

I've done a couple of courses up Smithills and know the principles. Wouldn't do it as paid work though as I'm hardly qualified.

I did it through the Lancashire dry stone walling association; the local governing body which is part of a country wide one.

It's quite enjoyable and therapeutic, bit like a a 3d jigsaw you make up as you go along.

I'm confused about the "moisture" that starts to appear? Speaking as someone not entirely familiar on the workings of bumming i though it would be rather dry and lacking moisture generally?

 

Or are we talking some form of bum/poo juice....?

Or on your own, pissing down, windy as fuck and freezing. Can't feel your fingers whilst handling wet stones in deep sluch. Miles from a bog a decent desperate for a shit.

It was ace being on site on days like today especially as the Engineer i didn't do any real work apart from pitching in moving cones and stuff. 

It was shit being on site in frezzing pissing down rain especially as the engineer i had no work to do.
