Micky is right.

He took the Thomas Cook staff and shops on. Free rent for 6 months etc, govt grants to re-employ staff. 
At the end of the 6 months, cherry picked which shops he wanted to keep and fucked the rest off.

Lots of good people got fucked about and he got a load of good PR>
