Heading off for a couple of days tomorrow. Not saying where but it ain’t New York, It ain’t Prague and it ain’t Sydney. (All previous plans) In today’s troubled times, a short break on the North East coast Somewhere between Hartlepool and Scarborough will be an acceptable alternative.

is that because you don't need travel insurance?

Do you need holiday insurance for those pikey river boats you like, or do they just give you a pamphlet with a picture of Michael Parkinson on with a free pen?

Personally I wouldn’t book anything abroad this year

Doesn't matter so much if you're not arsed about quarantine on your return

Just have to quarantine as it stands. No hardship in January.... might just stay until Boris lifts it.

Don’t get me wrong if I could WFH maybe but I’d hate for the kids to miss out on school/activities because I wanted a bit of sun
