going on strike in support of a third party

not sure how legal that is

Given they've not been paid either they'll probably be able to get round it

1300 isn’t nowt and it’s only Monday

Probably see it as their last ever chance to visit the ground.

1300 will presumably get to about 1600/1700 by weekend if the games definitely on.  That is damned impressive given the season they've had.

And considering it's a right bastard of a journey

What's the official grounds for this- no staff?

Club have said they can’t commit to the safety certificate until after the High Court appearance. Safety Advisory Group have said this isn’t enough time to prepare for the two games so have issued a prohibition notice.

Still time for it all to pan out, I’m sure.

Cheers. Makes sense.

Might have a surprise, free weekend

Really surprised at their ticket sales - they will be miffed if they can't watch it !!

Its bullshit

This is where I'm at. All speculation that revolves around "If the non-playing staff refuse to work then we are unable to put the match on"

I don't doubt that if the stewards and turnstile operators don't show then there is an issue but I don't think anyone has said they won't.

The EFL statement that is posted on Ipswich’s website is far less definite about the situation than the Bolton News are suggesting.

This

Struck me too. Maybe instructions from Ken, or maybe as they've not been paid, no fucker can be arsed doing anything.

Only BWFC could hold their 'community day' with no fucker allowed in 😊
