You're explaining that its ok for two men to love each other or a man and a woman or two women or whatever. Why? Because they see kids with two dads or two mums and therefore it means they understand the world better. Kids don’t give a shit though I’m sure if you sat a five year old down and said, you know how some girls have boyfriends? Well some girls have girlfriends. Ok? Kid. Ok. Can I watch cartoons? Quote

Well some girls have girlfriends. Ok? Kid. Ok. Can I watch cartoons? Yeah - but kids are influenced by stuff they hear and are told. Not all kids grow up in equal settings. As can be seen with this very story. So its important that they are at least given some information about this - also kids are curious and like to know why things are sometimes different. Quote

My kids asked questions almost non-stop from a very early age, on every subject you could possibly think of. I'm not saying they "gave a shit" about the answers. Quote

Aye my lad asked me what gay meant after one his older mates mentioned. Had to tell him it’s when another man wants to be together with another man like me and his mummy are. Same for women etc. Quite a simple conversation really. No idea what a full curriculum of lessons would entail. Quote

I imagine there would be quite a few on here who wouldn’t be ok with it. If one of their kids were to come out, would they turn round to their own kid and tell them it’s not ok to be gay? Quote
