He needs to concentrate on   getting the players in he is after if not he needs to work with the ones he has got and show he can organise them and improve them from now to the end of the season if he knows is onions like he says it shouldn’t be a problem . If anyone in the coaching staff is working against him he needs to get them out of the way

Keef needs to reel his neck in. This is probably the biggest gig he's likely to ever get, with the bigger gig comes bigger numbers of negative fans, same percentage as his smaller previous clubs but bigger numbers. If he's going to listen to trolls on social media, he's an idiot. If he thinks the trolls are representative of the majority & rants off like that, he's a bigger idiot. If he's got problems within the set up, he needs to change it, not air it.

I'm starting to see what others have mentioned, lose & it's x y & z's fault. Win & it's all him. He comes across umbrageous, as for asking for praise? wtf is that about.

Get on with the job & prove people wrong if you're so convinced that you're on course for your master plan rebuild. If you're not up to it & it's getting a bit much for you, get off the pot, leave your rants behind closed doors.

I certainly trust Hill on the player recruitment side and I'm pretty confident he'll build a decent squad for next season, so I'm happy to let him crack on. I think we'll have to get used to his mini meltdowns from time to time though, that's the way he is.

Maybe he just thinks that young players with potential like Zouma, Politic, Brock bank, Darcy etc should be given game time instead of pissing money away on short term contracts and loans. Wonder how much money the club has spent in the last decade or so on loans on shit players who couldn't give a toss about the club.

With the possible exception Darcy, I'm not sure he's particularly keen on them.
