Pennsylvania isn’t being counted until tomorrow, they both need that but Biden can still win it with the two other blue walls,  the in mail voting will go against Trump he knows that he’s been campaigning against it for a long time. History points to the expected states they should win and then the blue wall states 

Biden has won an unexpected state in Arizona, I’d now give him the upper hand.

By massive coincidence, most postal voters in previous elections have been democrat (fuck knows why, but that’s according to some stat bloke).
