So? Are you suggesting she somehow arranged for the police to pose for a photo of her being restrained?

No I don’t think that the police would be complicit in her posing for a photograph.

If you want to ask me to ask me if I suspect that this actress has had some intent to get pictures taken for her own ends, then yes I do.

I think this will hopefully save a lot of of posting tennis now.

So she was just "lucky" then? She turned up hoping to be detained and photographed, and it was pure luck that it actually happened?

If that’s what you want to think I’m comfortable with that.

How comes you’ve got issues with my opinion🤷‍♂️

It all seems a bit of an over reaction to someone being killed, if this starts to happen every time there's a murder it'll be fucking chaos.

Is she enthusiastic?🤣

She featured on a Channel 5 Documentary - Student Sex Workers...

This wasn't as titillating as it sounds.

The normal procedure is to fit up a local weirdo in an elaborate 'honeytrap' sting.

The fact it's likely to be one of their own this time seems to have flummoxed them.

Or did you mean the protests?

I don't have an "issue" with your opinion. I'm just intrigued when the first thought someone jumps to when they see a photo of a woman being detained by police at a vigil/protest/whatever is "This is obviously staged!!". I'd just like to understand how they come to that instant conclusion, and why they think someone who would go through all the effort to "stage" something in that way. That's all.

The British public have demonstrated/protested/held vigils after the murder of a fellow citizen for centuries - especially when it's been at the hands of a 'public servant'. You might not like it, but the attention it draws tends to slowly nudge things forward for the better of society. If this sort of public display becomes outlawed, as it is in the likes of Russia and Saudi Arabia, we're all fucked. The law currently being shoved through Parliament has nothing to do with Covid. It will basically see the end of Lawful protest altogether, unless everyone attending whispers.

😀

The bits they showed she wasn't in the bed, in fact I think it was a settee...

False advertising an' all as she'd dropped out of University.

She hadn't ruled out going back and finishing off her LLB.

Who wouldn't want to be represented by the star of 'Redheads vs. BBC Fake Taxi Cab'?

Post here, I already brought shame on the thread by posting a crude mock-up of 'E.T. - The Extra Terrestrial' as Peter Sutcliffe.

Somebody recommended 'Peterloo' last night...

It was both hackneyed and dry.

I couldn't help but think of some off here watching it and cheering on the onscreen arrival of the Yeomanry and cavalry.

That said, I was quite glad myself, meant I could go to bed.

One of the 'stars' of Dead Man's Shoes had a leading role.

As did Gary Mallett, who appeared to be wearing Aunt Sally style rouge and was channeling 'Greengrass' for facial tics.

Rubbish.

4/10.

The next potential queen

If the majority consensus in Britain now is that physical violence against peaceful protestors is acceptable - and should even be applauded - this country really is FUBAR.

She ain't (Charlotte).

And even though they changed the rules they do eggery-jizzery pokery to ensure the first two born to the heir are male.

So, barring an unlikely turn of deaths, we'll have Kings only from now on in (after Liz pegs it).

Will

George

Charlotte

So in theory she is the next potential queen, my point was that Kate will never be queen

I think it's coppers are soft as shite these days and wouldn't dare take on EDL/Militant Muzzies/Rangers pisspots/BLM/Gay Liberation et al types.

I thought there was another lad, then her? Shows how much attention I pay.

It's unlikely I'll see any beyond William on the throne, but if I did I wouldn't bow before the offspring of someone whose parents ran a Waltzer (dad) and organised hen-dos (mother).

And Kate's parents aren't much better.

(Badum-tish, here all week etc)

See, Bolty buggers off and we're stumped with these questions.
