That's irrelevant. The man is reportedly in hiding and publicly disclosing his identity places him in increased risk. It's a clear safeguarding issue.

Beyond that, the charity has no place in identifying him and I doubt it's been done innocently.

Hopefully the charities commission (or whatever the governing body is) will investigate and shoe them.

Teacher's likely to need to get a job elsewhere, and may even have to relocate. 

Take the school and the charity for all they've got.
