In seriousness if folk are down sounds obvious but try and get to the heart of it. Organic reasons are treatable often, if one has a chest infection that won't budge you'd have a course of tablets...

Non-organic reasons are more difficult to counter, I know what works for one...

I thought it was freezing turds in johnnybags and sticking them up arses.

I remember, in simpler times, someone posting a picture of a George Michael-alike, obviously excited, with a metal tray of them and one in his gob.

Being of the no foreskin community myself I’d imagine me and Abraham would have an embarrassing experience We’d be getting down to business and wanting to explore a bit of docking like a space craft to the ISS, then we both look down and see the problem and laugh together

I had to go once for a non-clap reason, I was most put out being forced to rub shoulders with slatterns and men of low character (on that visit).
