Yes crying because he can't be a member of the elite banking organisation. He was still offered banking services by Natwest, but old Nige doesn't want to bank with the plebs.

Are there wider concerns here, yes probably, but I am not sure that it is quite the case with him and coutts, but it gives him a new platform he can use to keep himself in the limelight.
