This is strange. It's not even good English. That's not like him. I don't know him apart from on here but it looks like it's a hacked account.

It's one of two things

1. A useless hack

2. A request for funds, I am one who has been freeloading but holding back until the site is sorted. We are all to used to free access such as Facebook which is funded by advertising and selling on information. If the guy is out of pocket then we should all sort this out.
