My other concern is that the "Football" we will now be playing may get results against the poorer top flight sides but if we'd played Man U or Chelsea today we could have been looking at a 7-8 goal pasting. That way we get a look at him, he plays first team football every week (We are not likely to drop him) and we can both decide to make the whole thing permanent at the end of the season when we will know if we make it to the Champions League All makes perfect sense to me

I've been having this debate with loads of my mates, Style V Substance, Entertainment V Results and all that. The way I look at it is in the mid 90's we played some fantastic attacking football, got relegated twice and promoted once. I remember coming away from so many games wishing we would compromise on style and win more games as we stumbled to our second 1 season relegation from the Premiership. Well now I dont care as long as we win, fine the 4-0 pastings of Wet Spam are great but grinding a 1-0 os just as important. Some dont like the way we play well I say F*ck Em!

As BSA is possibly one of, if not the most successful manager in the Club's history I would be amazed that we would ever be in a position where anyone would need to chant Allardyce out.
