  1. One of my favourite players over the past few seasons, shame to see him go as he clearly had a real love of the Wanderers and the fans. Not surprised that he was treated so shabbily as that is unfortunately the way football is now
  2. WTF was that dancing about
  3. Keith Hill is a football genius. Anyone see he was slapped on the wrist for describing a performance this season as "Soft Porn, Looks like there is a lot goin on but nothing happening in the Box!" World Class!!
  4. Yeah Loads of English Hooligans travelled to Glasgow and started a ruck there
  5. Just spat my brew out laughing at that
  6. Was he alright lifting trophies with a fucked up back
  7. Yeah I saw it there and yes I think the guy is a WUM that was why I wanted to check if it was just on there or whether it has been posted on other forums
  8. When I saw the meeting was being held in a coffee house I assumed it was aimed at Yoof and JCL's otherwise it would have been held in a pub somwhere. I've tried explaining to the nephew that things may seem bad at the bok but he was never there when 1,700 turned up at Burnden to watch us play Rochdale in the Auto Windscreen/Freight Rover/Leyland Daf thing when it was about -5 or when we were kicking around in Div 4 playing Scarborough, Newport and Aldershot In his defence he wasnt even born at the time so I suppose I should let him off
  9. Just seen this posted on another forum The "Love Bolton - Protect Our Club" action group would like to invite all supporters who live and breath BWFC to a discussion evening to be held at Cafe Nero on Deansgate at 5.30pm on Friday 25 April. We all love the club and it pains us to see us in our predicament. If you share the same concerns, we would love to hear from you and this discussion provides a great place for you to influence our future strategy. The group has formed and recieved funding to ensure that a co-ordinated and media driven approach is utilised to ensure maximum results. Topics for discussion include the following but feel free to add any topics to the agenda; Day of Action - Sunderland game Future strategy - how to effect change Maximising media exposure including nominating media representatives Formalising the action group into a charitable organisation Its a great networking opportunity to meet supporters who share your concerns. Undoubtedly a great opportunity to influence the future direction of the club. You have a voice, use it. We look forward to seeing as many as many people as possible....See you there Anyone on here involved with or know any of this mottley crew?
  10. In Gordon's defence the story is nicked from the Daily Mail. Which means it must obviously be true
  11. MUFC I'll get behind any English or British teams in Europe. Except for the Red Merseyside Scum
  12. Don't Chelsea always win the League against us?
  13. Can you get me some of those chocolate spongecakes and some oven chips please while you are there
  14. Thing is if he has apologised I still dont see how he will get into the side.
  15. I live in hope that this could happen. Whether it happens this season or in the summer and whether it saves us from relegation who knows but if nothing happens and the same board and manager are in place in July I will find it hard to buy a season ticket. I might rest myself from buying one in the Championship as my support is better served and more important in the Premiership.
  16. Yeah but to be fair to Rangers they dont have a must win game against Wigan at the weekend
  17. If ever there was a more annoying cock I have yet to meet him
  18. I was always of the belief that BSA left because the club wouldnt back him, he moaned about a lack of funds/backing every transfer window and his departure for me bagan from us being in the top 3 in late december 2006 and no funds being forthcoming in the january window. Well look where the club have gone since he left?
  19. Finally some common sense over KN's comments. He says the supporters have a right to boo, the team were awful He says the team need the supporters behind them. He even says he should have scored the 1-1 with the keeper. He cant really say much more can he?
  20. To a certain extent I can understand what he is trying to say, yes we had a right to boo them off yesterday, he wants supporters to get behind the team during the games. What he seems to miss is that we did get behind them, until full time when we let our opinions be known.
  21. I am seriously considering buying this for a friend of mine who is Nicky Hunt's biggest fan
  22. I was in the queue that was charged by the Police on foot and horseback. I'm not ashamed to admit it was ragging scary although I soon got my wits about me when one of them gave me a glancing blow on the back of the head and a right whack on my shoulder. I still think I got off very lightly having seen the state of a lot of Bolton Supporters after the game.
  23. I've got some bruising on my shoulder and had a sore head but feel quite lucky in comparison to a lot of the the other chaps I saw
  24. I paid the extra at the post office for the "Check and Send" service thingy, I think it cost me another ?8 but I got my new passport back in less than a week. (No use now by the way but a consideration for future reference).
  25. Dont know why I always thought he was born bald and never had hair. He looks really weird with hair
