  1. Any ideas? Me an'thwife want to go away for a couple of days in March. Not arsed about London. Ta.
  2. Moveable barriers, 1 steward on each for 15 mins, hardly going to break the bank is it? Or use a hand stamping system as used in the fanzone?
  3. Customer service? I see no reason why BWFC should have to provide beer and pies but they do.
  4. Even as a smoker I agree that non attendance due to not being able to smoke is a lame excuse. However, other grounds that I have visited have organised a cordoned off area outside of the stadium at half time that people could smoke in. Cant see why it would be a problem for us to adopt this.
  5. Thats the only reason I talk to my brother
  6. Went to Moses Gate Country Park on Weds with the kids and there were 20 - 30 lads aged from 15 to 40 careering down the hills on road signs. One nearly hit my little lad on the way down riding on a razor sharp piece of metal. Suffice it to say I didn't "nearly" hit him. Edited because my spacebarisfucked
  7. Aye. Cos my friends are wankers.
  8. Goodness the second word took some decifering. I used to sing that til my voice had gone many moons agao. Halcyon days
  9. We'd have stayed up this season what? If Megson would have stayed?
  10. Christ are we going to do "one man went to mow" as well?
  11. Asda in Farnworth had them earlier. (I went in for my house bound mother before anyone calls me a peasant).
  12. I am quite pissed now so please excuse me I am very exited about the next few years. I have for the last few years been watching the whites for one reason only: getting out of the house for a few hours and meeting my mates while supping as many beers as possible. (I dont get out much). The worst part of my day has usually started at 3.00 pm. Hopefully this will now change. Viva la revolution
  13. Sorry, thats a load of bollocks as well. Watching football is not my number 1 priority, far from it. Is it anyones? I did mention your lack of attendance as it happened to hit a nerve at the time, please see Wiggum's insightful observations. I simply thought that your analysis of the game was shit. Especially the part aboout baffling substitutions, about which you are still to answer Casino's question. I happen to prefer Megson's summary, because that is what happened.
  14. The first sentence says it all. Fuck off and dont bother us with your presence again you blind and deluded person. "Supporters" like you we can do without.
  15. Been hammering it down in Trafford Park for the last hour. I might have to make an executive decision shortly.
  16. Yes, it is hard. If you want to be bob holnesss in a few weeks then forget it. You need all your fingers to play the bastard, plus an acceptable embouchoure. You also need to read music, even if your ambition is to be a free jazz kind of guy. However, if you have the natural talent you will piss it. Even if you dont but have an great work ethic you will be able to do decent stuff. BUT It will frustrate you like you never believe. Get a teacher. I can point you in the right direction if you like.
  17. Home for 4.55, out for 5 to get the first train from Walkden. Get off at Daisy Hill for a few pints at the Rosehill Tavern. Reaslise that it is on in the pub. Stay in pub. Train back to Walkden c. 10.30 Wankered.
  18. What do you mean by "Damage"?
  19. I reckoned about 18000 at the game and was not far off. 2 home games close together, mid-week game, shit away support (although granted a lot more than we would have taken to their place on a freezing Tuesday night), near to Christmas etc.
