In the days before cloud based crm systems that easily produce rafts of reports and dashboards I had to do a series of weekly reports to the main board in Singapore that originally took 1-2 hrs to produce, I created a shared workbook each of the 15 salespeople took 5 mins every day to complete that automatically created all the reports for me. Friday afternoons were much less stressful after that.
I'm with EG .... link each tabs summary numbers into a separate tab to create your data set and create your graph/piechart/whatever from there.
ps Pivot tables are ace
I'd say Mrs Dee has 'put up' with my music tastes (mainly rock based) over the years and I can appreciate her genre (northern soul) at certain times but my tastes are quite eclectic depending on how I'm feeling and what I'm doing.
She did ask 'what the hell is that noise?' when Amon Amarth slipped into the playlist whilst I was doing some DIY the other week!
