The Megson Revolution
Diddles is it me or did he not sign the one you are obsessed with and wouldn't swap for anyone, LCY?

Injury News
Not to mention the copious use of the word quality. 'Set the place alight' and 'glittering career' used with great regularity too.

Fulham 0 Wanderers 1 FAC 5th rnd
If you on thetrainline.com it will give you the cheapest prices for the singles. As it stands the 11.50am one at ?15 is the cheapest. The train from Crewe gets in at 11.17 giving you just over the half an hour to connect. So all in all ?25 for trains isn't a bad deal.

What we have done is book a cheap single from Birmingham to Euston to arrive there for 1.37. Can still use the voucher by getting the 10.20 Crewe to Birmingham on London Midland. On the way back it's the 6.50 London Midland train to Crewe to arrive there at 10.15.

Just Back
I picked up on that and for both of fulham's goals thought we'd scored, Jack Dearden I think it was. Not quite as partisan as Graham Lovett used to be on tower fm...

He was 680/1 to be knocked out in the 1st round

England :
Great value if all you desire is wall-to-wall football. A couple of england games in amongst all the non-league and 3rd rate premiership matches doesn't sell it to me

Annoying Phrases
Megson's favourite 'the lads put a good shift in' really grates

Led Boards
I'm sure the old Burnden scoreboard was used at Old Trafford cricket ground for a number of years

Leeds P/o Semi
Couldn't believe they were just knocking it around at the back 2-0 down...very lucky they scored

Chelsea 1 Wanderers 1
Dunno if anyone's mentioned, but Meggo's attempt to mask the Chelsea badge on that shocking white cap made me chuckle!

Megson The Handsome Bugger
Why don't you go on the Bolton news website to dissect people's grammar and spelling? You'd have a field day

Our Top Targets ....ie Free!
Saw Huckerby play against Shef Wed on Sunday...he's lost a lot of the pace he had. He still showed himself to be an intelligent striker at Championship level and linked up with Dublin to score a great goal, but if we're after a nippy striker he won't fit the bill

Signings This Season
We'll see next season, fair to say he's down on the list of players we need to shift this summer

Signings This Season
Out of the outgoing players I'd say we've only genuinely missed Anelka. Michalik will never cut it as a Premiership centre-half and Faye has shown himself to be error prone at Newcastle. We may have missed his physical presence in the team though, always thought he was most effective in centre mid.Don't forget Speed was a big player for us as well over the last 3 seasons, so that was a big void to fill Can you explain to me what Cohen actually brings to the team?! Seems to make more fouls than passes in a game to me. We improved in the games against Wigan and Boro after he came off. I'd agree that the other players you mention have been flops though

Mr May On The Bwfc Calendar
I thought Alonso showed potential to be a decent player. Especially the Everton game where if my memory serves me correctly, he hit the bar twice with a couple of rasping strikes. Would have been interesting to see how he would have played had he joined a stable team, as opposed to one which had radically changed its personnel and formation under Lee
