Many of our fans are staggeringly ignorant as to what makes a good player. Randell is a very very talented and clever player ahead of everyone in our midfield aside from Sheehan. He reminds me in some ways of when we had Beardsley and he was playing passes where runs should have been made but the players we had at the time weren’t clever enough to make them. Anyone that cheered when his number went up today need a good talking to. That’s only going to destroy any confidence he has The momentum of the game changed the moment he went off. Conway for all his raw ability still makes some poor decisions when he’s going to try and win the ball leaving him ahead of play and the opposition in behind. Hopefully he improves that but until he does nobody from a higher division is going to come in for him.

You need to wean yourself off the drugs

I don’t think we need to worry about anyone coming in for Conway. There’s a reason why teams always target him so he’s no chance at a higher level

Have you ever seen him play in a different formation under a different manager? I suspect like the rest of us the answer is no. I doubt SS would pick him based on historical performances only what he’s seen in training. Without doubt Santos has the best passing range of our defenders why wouldn’t we want to utilise that?

Very few managers are present for every session. They’ll set the priorities for the next block of sessions based on who the opponent is and then pass that to their coaches to develop the appropriate session alongside the sports science team so as not to overload the players physically

Yeah let’s buy every player that has a decent game against us in the summer. The reason these players are in league one is that they’re inconsistent. Don’t make silly calls based on once in blue moon situations

Santos is still our best defender his pace and strength are second to none in this division . He’s not been in the team of the year for the last few seasons because people think he’s a nice chap. His passing range is also the best of our current group of defenders so if we are to go more direct under a new manager he’s a great asset. yes he makes the odd mistake but he plays in league one every player does.

What drugs are you on?

I think he’s said his next job would be an international role, if he doesn’t call it a day after City. Also said he’ll never manage Spain as he such a staunch Catalan. So there’s a chance the job might interest him.
